These Terms govern the use of creativemindstudiolab.com (the “Website”) and the booking of retreat journeys. They apply to all visitors and clients. 2. Service Description

We offer guided retreat journeys. Detailed descriptions, itineraries, dates, and prices are shown on each booking page. We provide clear, truthful information as required by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.

3. Booking and Contract

A contract is formed when you complete the booking form and we confirm by email. You must be 18+ or have guardian consent. You are responsible for accurate booking details.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are displayed before you confirm. We do not charge hidden fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide true information, follow safety instructions, respect other participants and local laws. You are liable for damage caused by your actions.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Our refund policy is available on the Website and forms part of these Terms. Cancellations must be sent to contact@creativemindstudiolab.com. Statutory consumer rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' apply.
