Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Windows

• More than 30 days before start: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• 15 to 29 days before start: 50% refund of the total booking price.
• 14 days or fewer before start: No refund; however, you may transfer your booking to another person or receive a credit valid for 12 months.
• No-show or early departure: No refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after we approve your request. To be eligible, you must notify us in writing at contact@creativemindstudiolab.com. We may request supporting documents for medical or emergency cancellations. Refunds are subject to the terms of Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.

3. Transfers and Credits

You may transfer your booking to another participant at no extra cost if you notify us at least 7 days before the retreat starts. Credits are non-refundable and may be used for any creativemindstudiolab.com retreat within 12 months.

4. Fees

Administrative fees cover processing and are deducted from the refundable amount. No additional cancellation fees apply beyond those stated above. All fees are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and include applicable taxes.

5. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may file a complaint with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. We will cooperate fully with any such procedure.
